Ultimate Services and Repairs Inc. is a
local Air-Conditioning and Major Appliance company that has been part
of the South Florida community for over twelve years. We are a family
owned and operated, and provide excellent service in Miami- Dade and
Broward County.
We are fully aware of the needs of our community, and in an effort to
help you save your hard earned money, give back to the community, and
to help you keep your cool by keeping your air conditioning unit
running as energy efficiently as possible we are offering our
maintenance service and parts warranty program.
The warranty program is designed to take away the headache of finding
a reliable, trustworthy, experienced, and knowledgeable repair
technician. You will receive all of the necessary services, parts, and
labor that will ensure that the air-conditioning unit will work
efficiently and properly when you need it the most.
We also have programs that are designed to give back a percentage of
the fees to local non-profit companies.
Unlike other warranty programs, customer will not be billed a trip
charge or service charge. With this program all parts and labor
provided are included in one low fee.

Give Back Program
Ultimate Services & Repairs in an effort to give back to our community
and invest in the future of our children we would like to build a
partnership with 501c3 Non-Profit Organizations in the Miami-Dade, and
Broward communities.
Our maintenance program helps to lower utility bills, save on costly
Air-conditioning repairs, protect the environment, improves and
maintains indoor air quality, increases the life of the
air-conditioning unit, and provides or customer with peace of mind
knowing that their air-conditioning unit is covered under our service,
maintenance, and warranty program. Most of all you are also giving
back to your community while enjoying the benefits of the program.
The Non- Profit organization will receive a monthly contribution, from
each member they have referred to our program, and who has signed up
for Ultimate Services & Repairs maintenance program. The amount of
contribution the organization will receive is based on the type of
plan, that the costumer has signed up for. The amount of contribution
will range from $5 to $20.
