Ultimate Services and Repairs Inc. is a
local Air-Conditioning and Major Appliance company that has been part
of the South Florida community for over twelve years. We are a family
owned and operated, and provide excellent service in Miami- Dade and
Broward County.
We are fully aware of the needs of our community, and in an effort to
help you save your hard earned money, give back to the South Florida
community, and to help you keep your cool by keeping your air
conditioning unit running as energy efficiently as possible, we are
offering our maintenance service and parts warranty program. The
warranty program is designed to take away the headache of finding a
reliable, trustworthy, experienced, and knowledgeable repair
technician. You will receive all of the necessary services, parts, and
labor that will ensure that the air-conditioning unit will work
efficiently and properly when you need it the most.
Unlike other warranty programs, customer will not be billed a trip
charge or service charge, and we do not wait until your unit is broken
to fix it. Our goal is to prevent costly repairs. With this program
all parts and labor provided are included in one low fee.

Ultimate Services & Repairs offer a 10
Hour Air Conditioning and Warranty course for Insurance Agents ( 2-20
Agents), and Public Adjusters (Optional 324C) through Miami Dade
